Robert Scarano may not have a whole lot of new business these days but one of his disciples, Nataliya Donskoy, is keeping busy over at 509 Myrtle Avenue, just down the block from the recently collapsed building at 493 Myrtle. All we can say is we hope she’s got a good structural engineer working with her as she adds three floors and about 7,000 square feet of space to this modest three-story brick building.
