Back in December, Curbed showed the world what the Ismael Leyva-designed building on 4th Avenue near the corner of Butler is slated to look like. There wasn’t a great deal of action at the site over the winter, but nowadays excavation work appears to be going full speed ahead. The development (we don’t know if it’s going to be a condo or rental) is supposed to be 12 stories and have 95 units.
