the apts themselves look fine and the 3 bedrm with terrace is nice. bigger apts would have people with kids interested probably. not sure what’s going to sell regardless right now. it would rent out for sure.
I’m with the non-haters. Anyway, without the last bit of scaffolding removed, we can’t really judge the whole thing.

I guess it was cheaper for the bank to ‘keep her’ [suspend foreclosure proceedings]. Keep that inventory in check (oh so futilly). What a mess.
