Residents of Eastern Clinton Hill have been wondering and speculating for some time now about what kind of shop or restaurant would ultimately set up in the retail space at the northwest corner of Clifton Place and Grand Avenue. Clinton Hill blog notes that there’s now a clue up in the window: Two framed posters saying “Sit Eat” and “Browse Buy.” So we’re guessing that it’s gonna be a coffee shop with some books or home design items for sale. Sound about right?
