The Finger Building, ahem, The Albero, we mean, is chugging along. The formerly controversial development, which is set to reach 14 stories in all, has been getting its exterior cladding on in recent weeks (which looks like some kind of brick); most of the existing windows are already glassed up as well. As Curbed recently pointed out, though, a spring opening is not looking like it’s in the cards.

this building is ugly
Scarano is still listed as the applicant for this building… wonder if that is going to slow the progress? they just resolved the audit in January of this year… bet the new owners are regretting keeping him attached to the project!
This was named finger for a different reason.
to me a ‘finger’ building is when build taller bldg on width on one house lot – say 20 or 25′ wide. This doesn’t look finger to me.
