Let me save you all the trouble:
–who would pay these prices to live in such a shit area? you can get a one bedroom in park slope for the same price or cheaper. Williamsburg isn’t even cool anymore – it’s filling up with bankers and finance types and all the bars/restaurants/boutiques are closing.
It will be funny when a Frisbee player runs into one of those groin-height lights.
