Closing Bell: Greening of Flushing

The Greenway has yet to make its way to Flushing Avenue, but the stretch in front of Admiral’s Row is getting a different kind of green this week in the form of a bunch of new trees. Presumably these are going in some of the new plant beds we spotted way back in 2008. It’s unclear if these will all get torn out when Flushing is totally revamped in the near future.
