building quite deep, architect/developers know what the are doing, and know how to handle those issues…. easy
17 units in a wide 5 story building and still calling it a loft? Those are going to be really small units and you know that you will be able to hear your next door neighbor’ tv and music through the walls. Hear you above neighbor walking on the floor.
