Development Watch: 505 Flushing Ave.

Here’s a Karl Fischer design going up at 505 Flushing, right in between Nostrand and Bedford. The plan is for seven stories and 23 units in total. They applied for a new building permit two years ago, but apparently they aren’t in any hurry. That, or there are cash flow problems. GMAP DOB P*Shark
