When we broke the news about the Navy Green project breaking ground last week we were only able to dig up one of the building permits, which was confusing because it only called for 31,685 square feet of residential space—not a lot for a project that’s supposed to take up almost an entire city block! These big developments though often have multiple filings under multiple addresses, and we just stumbled over another one, linked to the address of 45 Clermont Avenue and issued only on Tuesday, that calls for a building with 90,152 square feet of residential space and 49,522 square feet of community facility. Peeling back the layers of the onion.
