This is pretty remarkable since it was just a month ago that we reported that the 246-unit development was 20% sold. The news brings the total number of units sold or in contract to 102, proof positive of the power of 26 percent price cuts!
Is anyone currently in contract with 189 schermerhorn? is seller attorney giving you a hard time-Were you able to get mortgage funding contingency? (Down payment returnable if something go wrong ) Doesn’t it take 3 days to revise one word in contract agreement, would like some feedback.
It’s not a bad location, and getting better, but I believe that there will be a big jump in taxes in 15 years when the abatement expires. People who plan to stay that long should look into that.
