The old India House restaurant across from Trader Joe’s has sat empty for awhile, but it won’t be for much longer: The storefront space is in the process of becoming a pizza joint. We got the impression that it would be a by-the-slice sort of place, which will have some competition at My Little Pizzaria, also on Court, and Reginella around the corner on Atlantic. GMAP

My Little Pizzeria is a bit better then decent for quick slice. Reginella is TERRIBLE. If this place is run by anyone other than the local building owners it might actually turn out half decent. If it is run by the local Yemeni buiding owners then you can expect specials on luggage, honey and airline tickets to Aden. Seriously when is the health dept going to close the Yemeni restaurant two doors down? … you know the one with the rotted doorway and pigeon feces covering the entrance. Nothing against the Yemeni’s but those guys can’t seem to figure out how to make a buck off what has turned into a major foot traffic corner.

It will have competition from My Little Pizzeria for sure, just a block away. My Little is by far the best by the slice joint in the ‘hood. Reginella is terrible.
We need a slice joint around there so bad. I would prefer a little bit further up (east) Atlantic Ave a bit, but I’ll take it.
