A couple weeks ago PMFA noticed that 360 Smith Street was getting bricked. We finally made our way over there for a look this week. Construction had progressed a bit and some of the scaffolding had come down in the meantime. Both the facade facing 2nd Place and Smith Street are almost fully covered. Looks like the last thing on the agenda is the glass corner, which you can check out in this rendering. GMAP

The area sorely needs elevator bldg. Not everyone can do the walkups. Will be big improvement.
