Development Watch: 517 Court Street

517 Court has been progressing at steady, albeit slow, pace for a few months now. It’s hard to tell from the picture, but the side facing West 9th Street has almost gotten all its brick. Also looks like there will be corner balconies for the units. It’s hard to believe given the size but, according to DOB, the building will have only five units.
