We love it when we’ve forgotten about a development only to stumble across it again and find that some real progress has been made! Such is the case at 455 Union Street. Renovations began at the beginning of August and now it has its facade and windows in. Wonder whether the one-family house will have a cornice. What do you think so far?

It should have a cornice, or else it will break the flow of the building next to it. I hope it does. It looks like a maybe.
Alignment of the windows doesn’t look quite right to me but maybe I just need to wait to see until it is done.

Another new building with brick I love.
Lokks pretty good but could be better. the lintel treatment above the windows is great. Top floor windows shouldn’t be so much out of scale with lower floor and should have been aligned. Big question is will there be a cornice???
I got a glimpse last night when drove by. Looks good.
