Depends upon how much other debt you have and what your expenses are, BHO.
Rules of thumb are for idiots who can’t think.
“Lots of people own houses worth five, six or seven times their salary, when the rule of thumb is to own property that is 2.5 or three times your salary.”

The QE prop-up is dangerously illusionary. Fundamentals don’t lie. Means revert.

I like the contrast, dibs. I much prefer limestone to brownstone. I would love to get a house that is primarily limestone.
There are a number of houses on that block with limestone tops and brownstone bottoms, including the stoop.
Macon St also seems way high. Though maybe it’s just the tile that make it seem that way.
That Macon house has two bedrooms on the floor plans that don’t even have windows.
That first floor looks painted, dibs.
Even though I want to stay in CH, if that Macon house is still on the market come spring I’ll low ball them. LOL
I never said it was worth ask. If that one is worth $760 then mine is worth over $900, which it is not.
The first floor is, ishtar. Na na na na na 😛
