First, it now has a name: Greene-Ville Garden. Secondly, construction is moving along, which you can see in a picture after the jump. I spoke to the owner, who also runs a grocery on Lafayette and S. Oxford or thereabouts. He says that it will be 24 hours, giving neighboring Mr. Coco a run for their money.
