390 Wythe sent us a press release back in October saying the building’s 69 rental units would be ready for the market January. It’s no longer January, but Curbed spotted the building’s first round of listings. The studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments are going from $1,900 to $3,800. Amenities include a roof deck, parking, and bike storage. We’re liking the exposed beams and ceilings the listings are showing, as pictured above. The old candy factory is also sporting a new name: “The Wythe Confectionary.”

From the October comments:
“Not to mention all the bicyclists on the bridge with their bells.”
Yet another reason for the haters to hate cyclists.
Funny stuff.
Thought this would be a condo. I guess when they decided not to upgrade the windows that should have been a tip off!
Great old building, with a wonderful history and good bones. Location is a bit tough, right by the bridge and across from phase 1 of the Domino development (and, yes, the scrap metal place). But still, a great building.
It looks like really cheap construction inside. Those walls look quite flimsy and the kitchen looks unimpressive as well…for these prices?
why couldn’t they have scrubbed off the graffiti? It looks bad.
$1900 for a 460 sq ft studio? That’s hilarious.
grrr, would love to look at the pics but the flash keeps crashing my browser
it’s across the street from a noisy, active scrap metal plant – and the west side of the bldg overlooks the garden to “The Woods” – a bar which gets very crowded on the weekends.
Doesn’t billyburg need an egg tosser like the slope?
“Cool spaces and tons of light, what not to like?”
just one teeny tiny itsy bitsy thing: it’s in Williamsburg!

and maybe a little pricey for a part time doorman
nitpicking though – they’ll be fully leased by mid/late summer.
