Development Watch: 51 Summit Street
In December the DOB gave the go-ahead for the small project on Summit, off Columbia Street, where foundation work is now being done. The three-family building’s design come courtesy of the prolific architecture firm Bricolage. GMAP DOB
I have family in the area, i heard they are going to be 9 units with parking with a really cool loft style design.
I live just down the block from this project and have been following it with interest. If anyone has additional info, the would be great. If it’s 3 family, 4 story, then the ground floor will probably be retail (or garage). If it really is going to be one apartment per floor, they are going to be real big!
Always like to see new construction in our formerly blighted neighborhood. There are building and renovation projects all over the area now.
