Yes, Maven, this is only the first of 5 proposed historic districts in the southern half of Bed-Stuy. LPC needs to designate at least one of them per year, before there’s nothing left to protect.
Excellent. Let’s hope LPC continues to move ahead quickly with the other proposed district after this designation.
