The second penthouse sale at Richard Meier’s On Prospect Park hit public records this week, showing that buyers paid $3,300,000 for one of the most expensive pads in one of Brooklyn’s most expensive buildings. The first penthouse sale in the condo was recorded in February for $3,971,175. (The latter was asking $4,100,000, the former $3,500,000.) The Observer has some details on the just-sold, 3,071-square-foot unit. We spoke to a broker who told us two more penthouses will be on the market shortly and the last of the five penthouse units will be held until those two sell. The two penthouses coming to market will be priced at $4,900,000 and $5,100,000. Overall, the building is now 73 percent sold.
