This week, we’re taking a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago and checking in on how they fared on the market.

First up is a piece of Brooklyn history: a Greek Revival home at 136 Clinton Avenue in Wallabout dubbed the Lefferts-Laidlaw House. Built by the Lefferts family and dating back to 1835 — when this area was a suburban retreat for the well-to-do — it’s the last Greek temple-fronted house left in the borough, with its four restored fluted Corinthian columns. This former House of the Day is still available for $3 million, a price drop of $1.49 million.

In the Crown Heights North Historic District at 1349 Pacific Street, this 1878 brownstone is graceful and quite lovely, with plenty of original detail and modern updates. Designed by noted 19th century Brooklyn architect Amzi Hill, it’s got five working fireplaces with fetching carved marble mantels, pocket doors and shutters, inlaid floors, stained glass, moldings and medallions, all in fine condition. This former House of the Day sold in January for $1.725 million, $50,000 below ask.

This one-bedroom co-op at 415 Argyle Street in Ditmas Park West isn’t going to set anyone’s head spinning, but it’s clean, functional, fairly spacious and well located, for a price that’s not too staggering. A stone’s throw from the giant standalone Victorians and Edwardians the area is known for, it’s located on the sixth floor of a large brick elevator building, which sits across from a similar building. This former Co-op of the Day sold in January for $425,000, $5,000 above ask.

Next up, a condo with an unusual claim to fame: The building in which it’s located, 279 Prospect Park West, featured as the First Brooklyn Bank in Sidney Lumet’s ‘Dog Day Afternoon,’ starring Al Pacino. The interior of the condo also nods to local history, with details such as a bathroom mirror and vanity made out of cedar reclaimed from New York City water towers. This former Condo of the Day sold in December for $1.1 million, $105,000 above ask.
