Curious about whether the rehab work on your Bed Stuy home might be eligible for a tax credit?
An online info session with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (SHPO) and the Bedford Historic District Organization will provide homeowners full details on what type of work qualifies and how to apply for the credit. Homeowners within the Bedford and Stuyvesant Heights historic districts are certified as eligible for the state’s homeowner historic rehabilitation tax credit program.
The workshop takes place on Zoom on Wednesday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. It is free but online registration is required.
