From the Forum: Should My Co-op Lease Rooftop Space to a Wireless Company?

A Brownstoner reader’s co-op board is considering leasing rooftop space to Verizon, AT&T or another wireless carrier as a way to earn extra cash for the building.

They want to know, is it better to get help from a company that gets bids from various providers, or should the board contact the carriers directly?
