A reader has a two-family brownstone and would like to allow the tenant to control their heat, but isn’t sure what this might entail.
A reader has a two-family brownstone and would like to allow the tenant to control their heat, but isn’t sure what this might entail. The home currently has one thermostat so the homeowner is thinking about adding one in the garden rental unit. Would a second boiler be required?
