From the Forum: New Homeowners Wonder How to Deal With Problems in Their Gut Renovated House

Homeowners have uncovered a number of issues in their renovated wood frame and are looking for advice. While the developer initially appeared open to assisting, so far there hasn’t been any resolutions to problems like basement flooding and overwhelming smells travelling from the neighboring house.
