From the Forum: Should They Hire an Architect for Their Reno?
They’ve got a new apartment and want to do a renovation that includes removing some walls and aren’t sure if it would make sense to hire an architect.
They’ve got a new apartment and want to do a renovation that includes removing some walls and aren’t sure if it would make sense to hire an architect. Work will include a new kitchen and bath in addition to getting rid of walls that aren’t original to the unit. They might need some design work but are also concerned about the permit process
