From the Forum: Will Renovation Permits Be Available During the COVID-19 Crisis?
Their townhouse renovation was supposed to start soon but not all the permits have been pulled and now homeowners are wondering how they should plan for their postponed project.

Their townhouse renovation was supposed to start soon but not all the permits have been pulled and now homeowners are wondering how they should plan for their postponed project. While the Department of Buildings website currently provides information about efiling and the processing of applications during the coronavirus crises, how realistic is it that their plans and permits will actually be processed?
