From the Forum: Can a Homeowner Add a Second Mailing Address for a Rental Unit?
A new homeowner wonders how to add a second mailing address for their rental unit.
A reader recently purchased a two-family house and is curious about obtaining a second mailing address for the property. The owner plans to rent out one of the units but all the mail currently goes to the one address. How can the homeowner get the mail delivered to the two separate units?
Please chime in with any advice.
