After noticing some potential water issues in the top floor apartment a homeowner is wondering how to proceed with roof repairs. A roofer suggested some areas around vents that need flashing and estimated the cost at around $2,500. Is this reasonable for a relatively minor issue? What else should the homeowner know about roof repairs?
