From the Forum: Testing Tap Water for Lead in a Multi-Unit Building

Concerned about the possibility of lead in the tap water of their apartment building, residents are considering having each unit tested. While free individual testing kits can be requested through the city, if they want to do every unit and get the reports in a timely manner would it be more efficient to hire the job out?
