pretty soon the strolllers will invade bushwick and the mothers will be chatting away and sipping their soy lattes.
Bushwick is by no means a cheap neighborhood … it’s as expensive as Williamsburg was in 2005. Which is to say, pretty expensive.
Bushwick is already over before it gets its first Thai restaurant by virtue of ridiculously-expensive rents.
You want a signal of gentrification?
Look for soy milk in the bodega.
Score bonus points for rice milk.
