Even if the F express platform could be restored at Bergen, in the mornings it would cause significant bunching on the upper local platform next to the stairs as passengers wait to see which train comes first. If the platform clocks could be installed and guaranteed to work well, that might alleviate problems (as passengers would just go to whichever F platform was coming first).
