Look folks, brownstones and limestones on Martense St. So, is Flatbush part of “Brownstone Brooklyn”?
One of these just sold for 575k. 20×55 on a 130 foot lot. Cheaper than far far eastern Bed Stuy.
ooh, which one? I like these little martense st houses a lot too. there are some gorgeous limestones on E 31st at Beverly too btw.
