Tropical Vibes to Breeze into Greenpoint With Greenpointers Holiday Tropical Market

The weather might be getting a little colder, but you won’t have to travel far and wide to get a taste of the tropics this holiday season.

The Greenpointers Holiday Tropical Market is returning once again, and this year, there’s a tropical theme complete with snow-covered palm trees. There will be mojitos and mulled wine along with craft beer by Greenpoint Beer and Ale. In addition, there will be massages and family friendly activities like face painting, henna tattoos, and personalized stories by the Roving Typist.

There will also be live music, a photo booth mural by artist Colleen Blackard, and over 60 vendors. Jewelry, accessories, home goods, cards and stationary, beauty and food will be among the offerings.

Greenpointers’ markets throughout the year include ones held for the spring, fall, and Valentines Day. According to estimates, last year’s Holiday Market attracted over 4,000 guests.

The market will be held at Greenpoint Loft at 67 West Street on the 5th floor. The event is free of charge and will run from 1 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, December 11. For more information, click here.
