Affordable Housing Lottery Opens for Big Bed Stuy Build Near Broadway

An affordable housing lottery has launched for 70 apartments in a large and shiny 11-story development under construction on Myrtle Avenue between Lewis and Broadway in Bed Stuy. Dubbed The MC, the Hill West-designed 233-unit mixed-use building at 1100 Myrtle Avenue goes all the way through the block to Vernon Avenue and has replaced a Food Bazaar supermarket, mural-covered garages, and a parking garage.
