Reports of confusion and disorder at poll sites across the borough have cast a muddled shadow over the June 23 primary elections, just as Brooklynites attempt to vote in one of the city’s most unusual elections in modern history.
All before noon, several voters described misprinted ballots, closed polling sites, and abnormally long lines as poll workers scramble to correct mistakes.
