Hello There: Another Washington Avenue Condo Coming

Despite some legal troubles and slow condo sales, Hello Living is once again gearing up to build on the Prospect/Crown Heights border. Developer Eli Karp has put up a construction fence around the plot where his ninth condo development in the neighborhood will rise, at 618 Washington Avenue on the corner of Pacific Street. Permits are approved for a six-story, eleven-unit building, and a sign on the fence lists a completion date of Summer 2012. (Unlikely!) We’ve put out feelers for a rendering, but presumably the aesthetic will be similar to the Hello Living buildings that have come before. GMAP DOB
