Satisfy your inner transit aficionado and do a bit of time travel with a day of vintage bus gawking next month at the New York Transit Museum’s bus spectacular.
The 26th Annual Bus Festival is heading to Brooklyn Bridge Park on Sunday, June 9. During the day-long event, you’ll be able to hop aboard vintage buses, chat with bus drivers and join in some special activities.

Exactly which buses will be on display has not yet been finalized, but they’ve promised a range of buses showcasing more than 80 years of driving in style.
The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 9 at Bridge Plaza at 11 Water Street in Dumbo. For more information check out the event page here.
