“The Awesome Eastern Oyster,” happening at 6:30 p.m. on August 26, is a part of Wednesday Night Tours, a series of walking tours and guided lectures hosted by the Brooklyn Bridge Conservancy. The $10 ticketed event begins at Pier 1, where conservancy Educational Manager Isa Del Bello will meet guests and walk from there to the oyster gardens.
