Toren Inching Closer to Selling Out

The folks marketing Toren, the Downtown high-rise, are reporting that 84 percent of the building’s 240 units are spoken for, and that there have been closings for 75 percent of the units. There have been also been a flurry of big-ticket sales since September, with seven $1 million+ deals. Prices for the remaining condos go from $395,000 up to $1.45 million. There’s still no news on whether anything is coming to the ground-floor space. GMAP
