Links are nice.
I’d like
More posts about DIY, renovations, repairs, decor, salvage, up and coming neighborhoods, fixer uppers, neglected architectural treasures, sub-1million houses.
Less posts about everything else.
I can’t imagine someone shopping for a $10million mansion is going to be following along stuff on this site.
I can imagine someone shopping for a bargain townhouse is very much going to be looking at sites like this, trying to figure out how to make it work.
I guarantee that 25 posts about funky East Flatbush houses for $550k are going to get more interest, comments and views than 25 posts about the latest Boerum Hill $4mil confection.
Improve the interface for the forum. How do we see recent replies to old posts?
Links and blogwrap drive readers to other sites. Perhaps the new management prefers to avoid doing so. FWIW, those two features were important to me as well.

Mr. B pulled out while on top.
Blankslate has a lot of cleaning to do.

Smart move indeed. Nothing left now but the slow circling around the drain.
