Prospect Heights Studio With ‘Dining Gallery,’ Vintage Bath Asks $2,595Made a whole account just to comment that this restaurant has a special place in my heart. I will never forget being taken here on a date and having a dish in a grapefruit. I can't remember if it was a salad or what as this was 2012 I believe but wow! I'm still thinking about it. Kaz An Nou Has ClosedThat's a beautiful block, very busy as it's close to Flatbush and B & Q, which is an advantage to many. The apartment is quite nice — really like the built-in work and would take a closer look at the joinery/woodwork if I were interested in the place. Building appears to have nice bones. I wouldn't want to pay $10K+/year for maintenance and taxes—I understand it's very hard, but I'd double my efforts in looking around for the same price per square foot in a newer condo or stand-alone home.
