It's an interesting underrated neighborhood that rarely receives any mention from the media. We can separate it into 3 areas and those are north of Jamaica Ave (large single family homes and apartment buildings, including rows), South of Jamaica Ave (mostly composed of Row houses) and east of Woodhaven Blvd (some newer developments, row houses, single family homes).
