I live a block away from this complex. They used to be decent in the 1980s, but then they started getting bad. Now they're getting good again. Nice to see that the place is getting fixed up. We surely need all the affordable safe housing that we can get. Curious as to how many people moved here that were previously displaced by Sandy. The safer OV gets, it will really help to stabilize the area. Sorry, but I'm a Rockaway resident for over 30 years; it will always be Ocean Village to me.
