5-33 48th Avenue is Looking Good

Check out those nice, new windows at 5-33 48th Avenue, the LIC warehouse conversion between 5th Street and Vernon Boulevard. Once construction wraps, this will be a mixed use build with 36 residential units and ground-floor commercial space. The DOB approved plans for a two-story vertical addition but that’s either not happening at all, or construction hasn’t started yet. Given what the building looked like in 2012, this is a major improvement! If the interiors are nice we imagine this will sell or lease in absolutely no time.
