A Construction Check In at QLIC

Here’s what the construction site at 41-42 24th Street looks like, just off Queens Plaza North. The World-Wide Group is building a 21-story, 421-unit rental building which will be called “QLIC.” The development will have 5,000 square feet of amenity space, including a rooftop outdoor pool, landscaped deck, fitness center, private gardens, indoor parking and a bike room. Construction should wrap in early 2015.
