Construction Check-In at 44-80 11th Street

Here’s a peek inside the construction fence at 44-80 11th Street, between 44th Drive and 45th Avenue in Hunter’s Point. Site work is well underway for an eight-story, 105-unit rental build — all the details emerged on the development this fall. Construction should wrap in the fall of 2015; when it does the building will feature a gym, laundry, bike room, parking, and a second floor landscaped courtyard.
