Hotel Williamsburg Opening in Mid-September?

Hotel Williamsburg, the boutique hotel portion of the development on North 12th between Berry and Bedford that also includes the condo Residences at the Williamsburg, should be open by the middle of next month. The hotel was supposed to open a few months ago, but an employee said last week that they’re now targeting the second week in September. (The property’s website shows room availabilities beginning on September 19th and “advanced special pricing” starts at $199.) Amenities will include an outdoor pool, rooftop bar, a cocktail lounge and a restaurant.
