More Progress at the Warehouse Conversion on 48th Avenue

Of all the many, many residential projects in the works in Long Island City, we are pretty excited to see the results at 5-33 48th Avenue. Construction has moved slowly at the old brick warehouse for awhile now; before that the building was in pretty bad shape. Since a check-in earlier this year, the facade looks great and the windows even better. Now it’s just a question of how the interiors turn out. At the end of the day, there should be 36 residential units and ground-floor commercial space here.
